I have to give a huge shoutout to my trainer, Buddha. He’s honestly the best. Not only does he know his stuff, but he genuinely cares about his clients and their goals. He pushes me in the best way possible and always knows how to keep me motivated — even on days when I don’t feel like working out. Every session is challenging but fun, and I’ve seen so much progress since I started training with him.
