I picked Flowers Jewelers because I needed a pocket watch serviced. The pocket watch was sent to CA and the service was not done correctly ( wrong dial and color) waited a couple months the first time. Now I am waiting a couple months more for them to fix the issue. I recommend you look for a person that is certified in Swiss pocket watch repair in El Paso, TX. I cannot comment on jewelry service or sales. June 7, 2022, I received the same pocket watch in the same condition. The owner saw the post and was angry about the post. The owner told me (the customer) not to return and not to do any business at Flores Jewelry again. I was refunded $151.00 out of approximately $300.00 dollars including tax. My husband asked for a certain piece of jewelry and she told him oh no those start at $7000.00 you should be looking at these over here the start at $400.00. Once my husband still lurched from your store she had the audacity to tell him you can leave now after she got his payment and signature. I have never heard of your store until today when my husband is giving me my birthday gift. In all honesty, I'm disgusted with the saleswoman who my husband still won't name out of courtesy to her (I don't know why). For been a “family” business you all need more customer service. Read moreI dropped off my watch to get the capacitor replaced and was told 3-4 days for pickup. After 4 days, I called to check on the status. The individual that answered could not find my watch and said she would call me back. No one ever called back. I called back on the sixth day, spoke to a couple different people about my watch, and was eventually told it would be ready in a couple days. They promised they would call me as soon as it is ready. The phone call never came. Three days later I go in person to get my watch back, repaired or not. I was told it was not ready and they could not return it without a specific employee present that is not answering her phone and not due to come in for another couple of hours.
