I felt compelled to leave a review! God is amazing! Pretty much sums up how I feel about this family-centered church! Literally joined this church after the first service I attended. Never felt so welcomed and loved on EVER in a church. Yea, it’s not your typical “church” experience if you’re looking for rules and condemnations. But honestly, that’s not what a Christian life is about anyway! It’s about taking this walk with God day by day as he graces us with the opportunity to wake up and see another day. Pastor Eric and his wife Yaisa are amazing people of God and you can truly feel how passionate they are about fellowshipping and striving to make everyone find the true love & promises in their own personal relationship with God! The services on Sundays and Wednesdays are nothing short of inspiring, REAL LIFE, & delivered in a very applicable way. I’m soooo thankful of being in partnership with this God driven church and happily enjoy serving in the church and throughout the MANY opportunities that our church engages in with the community. You will not be disappointed giving our church a try (you probably will be hooked just like many others that I have encountered and personally can attest to) God bless all! ❤️🙏🏼✝️ * Tenemos traducción al...
Read moreOne of my favorite churches I have ever been to and I have been to several in El Paso, TX. Best music ministry with a superior praise & worship team led by the pastor's daughter who is an amazing singer! I believe she is the best gospel singer in all of El Paso. In addition to music, The Rock offers dedicated Sunday worship service for children of all ages, a daycare , and of course, adult worship service. Perhaps the best part is that Pastor Eric is a bible believing, bible teaching leader who watches over his flock. He has a strong discipleship program. In addition The Rock offers community events throughout the year and they are usually free to attend and enjoy. Check them out. You won't be...
Read moreI attended this church recently hearing about it from word of mouth. The first time I attended on a Sunday went well. When I went back on a Wednesday evening service I was met by extreme rudeness from an individual who seems to be a regular there and whose wife was preaching during the sermon. The individual just bowled over me to get to his seat with no regard for myself. I didn't confront him because it was right before the service was about to start. If such people are the "elders" or regulars you should be wary of attending. I don't know if its because of my race or that he’s more than likely retired military but that was...
