This is by far the worst customer service I have received in any game stop. First of all the gentleman working had an extremely ill-tempered attitude, short answers and extremely rude. Something may had been bothering him, but from the moment we came in he seemed bothered by our presence. Asked him about a game for my daughter because I found it on their website at a different price and he told me "well but it there!" Like what kind of customer service is that?
It upset me but I kept on being polite and respectful, two wrongs don't make a right. After paying for the game I forgot some items the kids had put in the car, I told him "excuse I forgot to pay for these can you please charge me for then, thank you". To which he didn't even reply he didn't even reply just gave me a dirty look and made a discontent noise.
After paying for the toys he put them in a bag and literally threw them on the counter! Literally!!! What kind of service is this? Especially on a military installation! Lack of respect and customer imat this location is horrible, I will NEVER buy again from here as long as this horrible employee works here. Which he has been here for years! Did not have a name tag but he has short black hair down to his shoulders and is light skinned. I hope he reads this, if you do I was your last customer today! (Just so you know!)
I really hope management reads this and fires him! Many people are needing jobs in these hard times and this ignorant rude employee can't clunt his blessing!...
