Salt, salt, and more salt. That's all I could taste. I had the black bean burger and it was mushy and over salted. My husband had the beef patty on a avocado club house burger and it was overcooked and over salted. There was no attention to the placement of burger toppings. All the pickles in my burger were stacked together on one side. All the avocado slices on my husband's club were haphazardly jammed into one side. The smash fries were just alright. The server, Cathy, was the highlight of our visit. Very friendly and personable. She ask how our food was, I told her honestly that she was the best thing about our dining experience that day. She apologized and got the manager even though we didn't ask to speak to her. The manager gave us a coupon for use on our next visit and offered to have them remake our food. We hadn't eaten all day so we were already finished by this point so we declined the offer. I didn't catch the managers name but she was awesome as well. I called the store and they refused to cancel the order even though they can't fulfill it. They said they can't cancel (which is incorrect since other places have cancelled Uber orders before and the Uber rep said they should have canceled since they can't complete the order.).
