We just bought a vehicle from this place. They rushed us to buy the truck in the same day. Which I thought was odd but we needed another vehicle that was reliable as my husband drives back and forth to the Odessa/Midland area at least once a week. We test drove while the guy selling the truck was talking the entire drive so we couldn't hear anything. After just a few days of purchasing the vehicle we heard a weird noise. Indianapolis Motors told my husband could not to take it to the dealership until we got the paperwork in the mail from the finance company. After waiting two weeks for the paperwork, we took the vehicle to the Ford dealership today. The issue is both front end struts. One is leaking so bad the paint is starting to wear down. The breaks already need changed after only two weeks of having this vehicle. The guy selling said they had just been changed. Warranty doesn't cover it and Indianapolis won't do anything. This is something that should have been caught when doing inspection on a vehicle you're selling. So on top of just putting $3,000 down on this truck and paying almost $800 a month, we have to pay almost $1,000 to fix these issues. Indianapolis Motors, did you not check the breaks? Because if you had, you would have seen how bad the struts were and fixed them. This just shows how lazy your mechanics are or how crooked your company is. You seem to cut corners and not care about the safety of your customers. We are great customers. With past vehicles, we make our payments early and pay the vehicle off early. I understand vehicles have minor issues being used, but this is not ok. These issues should have been fixed before putting them on your lot to sell.
We even wrote an amazing review the day we bought it because we thought the customer service was great. But of course it will be when you just made them over $25,000. Now that there is an issue, no help is offered what so ever. I would not recommend this...
Read moreDO NOT. Shop for your vehicle here. You's be taking a huge risk in the long run. I purchased two vehicles from this dealership because i did not learn my lesson the first time. Im not $10k deep in fixing a transmission on a vehicle they sold me claiming nothing was wrong with it. The transmission issue came up the same day i drove the car home and remained faulty for the following 4-5 months. They checked the car and ran diagnostics and claimed they could not find anything wrong. I took my car to Audi and they found the problema dn quoted me at over $16k for repairs. I advised this dealership and asked for help. The refused to return my down payment and in return purchased a 12 mo th warranty for me without telling me the warranty had a cap of $5k. The first car would die and leave me stranded so i traded it back in for this second car and it turned out...
Read moreVery glad I decided to stop by at Indianapolis Motor! When I got there, Eduardo had the vehicle nice and washed with the vehicle turned ON with the A/C ON ready for test drive. Once I got back he gave my family and I some fresh water. Eduardo gave my family and I our space for us to explore all the features of the vehicle and time to discuss what vehicle will fit more to our needs. Eduardo made the process feel nice and smooth. We were already approved with our own local bank and he helped us find a much better deal with another credit union that they have in there system. I will definitely give an A+ to Indianapolis Motors and Eduardo for their honesty and costumer service! Thank You...
