We were excited to try the taco tue special... Upon arrival we were seated immediately.. then a gentleman approached us and took our drink order. Shortly after that he brought us our drinks. A few minutes went by, then another young man approached us and brought us " tostadas" and said " ummm ill be back" . In my mind i was like " mmm new guy". A few minutes went by and he didn't " come back" there was about 5 employees just hanging out. We were hungry waiting for the dude to come back.. he never looked at our table again. I tried getting his attention.. nothing. So a few more minutes passed by and the gentleman proceeded to fill salsas or something having to do with a box of straws.. i think he was prepping for future customer while my wife and i waited. I could have gotten up and got his attention but why ? Thats not my job , im the paying customer. So we ended up leaving. This is how you lose customers mr.owner. i will tell all my fam and friends to never go there. Train your employees on how to provide EXCELLENT customer service! All i can do now is wonder if the tacos are good or not. THANK U...
Read moreParrillada plate that we ate this evening was fantastic more than enough for two people. Great price, good service, outstanding food. You are definitely appreciated. Remember our heavenly father is watching. Praise God for all his blessings. Stay...
Read moreDrive-thru lady was horrible. Placed an online order, there was ONE car ahead of us and it took them forever to give them their food. By the time I got to the window, the girl was clearly in a bad mood because I asked for guacamole and she made a bothered face. I also asked if I could get extra tatemada salsa and she said that she would have to charge me $2.30. she said they have prepackaged salsas and those are the only salsas they provide, so I offered to give back the red salsa and the pico de gallo since we don't eat those, but she refused ......in other words, do we have to eat the salsas she wants us to eat? Or was she to lazy to go back and get us the salsa we wanted? Oh and when we got home, the food was cold.....do better Tacos Chinampa....we are paying for a service and don't make it seem you are giving us a...
