Burlington — Local services in El Paso

Today I had the most sad experience Where this store has being my neighborhood place. I will place charges against the store for his employee that I will gladly post his picture. He is absolutely at the wrong place to serve at the store. I went straight to ask for the manager to witness me going to confront his behavior sadly I don’t think nobody care. The employee yield at me with a strong bad attitude about me not keeping my distance at the cashier and the people in front and behind me had eye contact with me where it was no wrong from my part. Than the same employee came straight to me again and with his voice clearly loud said If you don’t straight up your mask I will take you out and you won’t buy nothing from here!!! I just couldn’t believe it I really thought at one point he was going to say that it was a bad joke but no!!! He was seriously harassing me!! And at no point I wanted to disrespect my distance or my mask being out of place!!!! So he kept harassing me And I ask for a manager to allowed me to confront that employee and Have a fair chance to tell him my version to the matter and I left!!! I will love to clear everything about this episode because like I told him I’m an old lady that could be his grandmom or mom and he had no right to disrespect me the way he did! I think they are very unorganized with the workers schedules (what personnel do) and it shows in the organization/cleanliness of the store. Yes, the cleanliness also falls on the customer who forget/know you shouldn’t eat/open products you haven’t paid for. I blame there parents/nurturers! Nevertheless, I seen 4 ppl in 2 different areas (8 total ppl) updating prices where they could be utilized in other sections.

Today was my second time at this location. I was one of a couple of early birds —arrived at 750 but didn’t enter until 815 as the doors were still locked at 8. Google list store opening at 8am. Like arriving early as there wasn’t an influx of people in your space so I had time to look at things I wanted. But the store was still unorganized and the checkout still had a semi-long line for the amount of customers in the morning. NOTE it didn’t wrap around to the men’s dept. this time. But it did make it to the store entry. There were 2 cashiers to start with but then 1 just upped and left.

Be mindful of the dressing room associate named ROCIO she is very rude, unprofessional, and overall just shouldn't be working there. She disrespectfully told me I was in her way and to move. SHE REFUSED to call her supervisor over so I had to go to the front to request one.When I brought it up to her supervisor LETTY I was not given an apology, instead she justified her representatives actions and just let her disrespectfully talk to me, stating the walkway to the drssing room shouldn't be blocked.(You can see other customers blocking the walkway and there is no sign stating as such)

The store is unorganized, and if you run into any issues be mindful and aware the supervisor will NOT help. She did remove Rosio and replaced her with another associate, however the situation itself was not resolved. The customer isn't always right, but their associates have NO RIGHT TO BE DISRESPECTFUL.
