My mom just moved to the area and needed a new salon. Her and my daughter had a horrible experience. My mom had called and made appointments for her and my daughter. For cuts and color. To start, when they arrived they were not on the books for appointments. It seemed who ever answered the phone didn't actually write it down. Carmen was the one the appointments were made with. My daughter had rushed home from work to make the appointment on time. But carmen had forgot and had already gone home. She came back but we had to wait a while. My mom said she just wanted an inch off. She took way more than that. My mom has curly hair. Carmen started by dry cutting her hair. Then did her color. Then washed it out and started cutting it again. She didn't have the colors my mom usually use but didn't even try to match with using something similar. When she washed out my moms hair she completely soked her shirt from her collar down to her waist. Carmen barley made an attempt to dry it. They will NOT be going back. Maybe this salon doesn't really do color and cuts...

The owner did my pedicure and she was absolutely friendly! I found her mopping right when she opened and asked her if it was feasible to get a " quick" pedicure- mostly nail trim and color change done, I was on my way to an appointment. She had agreed and although the "quick" pedicure took a bit longer than what I anticipated and had time for I didn't mind. The reasoning behind my 1 star is because she initially quoted me $25 (this was not a pedi you usually pay this much for) however, when I paid she charged my card $45! By no means was this a 45 dollar pedicure and much less a 25- especially since I was only cutting down nails and changing regular color (not even Gel). As a place that provides pedicures- these are subpar to what you can get anywhere else. It was unbelievably...

I went there to get my haircut. I told the hairdresser long 3 layer cut and not to cut more than 1 inch length. My hair length was half my waist when I got there and when I left I had a shoulder length. The woman did not know how to layer cut and told me there was no such thing as layer cut. She also did not know how to blow dry style she kept dropping the blow dryer on the floor. My hair looked horrible and I told her I did not like it and still expected a tip. Never again...
