Better Days Bar and Grill — Restaurant in El Paso

My mom and I stopped here for lunch today and I just can’t what happened to us. The servers were very nice and polite they took our order and after 20 min I saw what I thought was our order of burgers by the kitchen counter because there were only 3 other customers that seem like they were done eating. At the same time a family came in which I assumed it was the owners because he was giving orders and greeting some customers and a soon as they sat down they gave the two sons the burgers that were ready at the kitchen table and I thought ok maybe they called previously to place an order. The mom proceeded to touched and check the burgers the kids started eating the fries. Then they all start looking towards where my mom and I are sitting and they figured out that the order was ours and very discreetly they move the plates of burgers to the bar and our server proceeded to bring us those plates as if they had just come out then I look at the table of the family and their burgers where gone. I asked the server are these the burgers that came form that table and she said yes but this is your order and I told her that lady touched the burgers and the kids where eating the fries and she says oh let me check so we just decided to leave I cannot believe that they tried to give us food that was touched by other customers other than the chef. That makes me wonder what other things they do when your no paying attention im extremely disgusted by this incident because again that family seem like they...

This place is the place to go. It has a friendly and comfortable vibe. I went on a Friday they had a really good DJ playing some good music. We went for a drink and ended up ordering food. For appetizers I got the fried pickles they were delicious I am not a fan of prickles but they were juicy and nicely fried. We tried the Quesadilla with steak and chicken and it’s made with 3 different cheeses. It was so good one of the best ones I had in a while. We then ordered burgers and the waffle fries, they were juicy and delicious. I honestly got full half way through the burger but I finished the fries they were so crispy and they tasted good with ranch (my personal choice) this place isn’t close to me but I will be willing to make the drive to go there again and again. The DJ they had played different music but definitely good choice of songs and genre to play. The waitress we had was even attentive and when asked questions she was very nice and helped us with the questions on the menu. She came to our table frequently to make sure we were good and if we needed anything. The whole experience from start to end was amazing. We did get our drinks and food in a good time frame which to me is excellent...

This sports bar has what I've been looking for in a long time. Juicy burgers. This is also one of the only restaurants that I know that has actual crispy fries. They menu has a lot of variety and some of the choices I got tasted like they only use the freshest of ingredients. They sell a lot of food that I believe is frozen, but it the quality and preparation of the basic items does not taste that way at all. I am very satisfied with how clean the resturant is. Very pleased with the touch tunes jukebox. And for you indoor smokers, they even have a e-cigarette vending machine which I thought was pretty goofy, but really innovative to get in to a different kind of market. I love all the tvs as well. All the amenities of a real sports bar but better. Place is also quite a bit more pricy than other sports bars, but...
