Awesome, through and through! My daughter and my two grandchildren went with me to search for a loft bed set, for my 14, year old granddaughter. We chose this place because of the wonderful reviews. As soon as we walked in, I saw for myself, why the reviews were so great. We were greeted instantly, with a welcoming smile by the two front desk clerks. We were told right away, that if we had any questions, we could feel free to ask. We walked in, to the show room and Pablo came to greet us and asked us if we needed any assistance. We told him what we were looking for and right away, he began helping us with our request. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Not only, did he give us visuals on the big screen, he brought us many catalogues to look through. He kept thanking us for our patience, but we told him, we were the ones who should be thanking him for his. While my daughter looked through the catalogues, I would go around the showroom to look at living room sets and mattresses. I actually, sent videos and pictures to my husband telling him how wonderful the furniture was and how comfortable the mattresses were. He really liked what he saw and he said that we definitely, will go there to purchase our new living room set and mattress. Anyway, back to Pablo; he gave us several discounts and he didn't have to. We are so appreciative with his help and we will continue to request his assistance. The other person there was very friendly as well, so I'm sure she will be of great help as well, but now that we got to know Pablo, we would prefer his assistance in the near future. By the way, they had beautiful bedroom furniture for younger children, so we bought another bed set for my 4, year old grandson. We bought other things, so we got a pretty good discount because of it. Another thing is that, we did not have to get a warranty separately, for everything. It was all insured as a bundle and we even got a discount on this as well. My daughter is a Registered Nurse and as a first responder, she was given a discount for this too. We really hope that this review will help others to make the right choice and visit The Furniture Outlet on Rojas, in El Paso, TX. Once you visit, you won't go anywhere else for your household needs. Read moreThey have very few in person selections. However, that is not the reason I am giving it one star. The reason I’m giving it one star is because it seems like the salesman seems more eager to sell you something than your personal interest.
At first, he seemed awesome. Eager, excited, and knowledgeable. However, he kept pushing us into buying a couch we just weren’t convinced on after repeatedly telling him what we were looking for. Although, he kept dropping the price down on the couch, to us it just seemed like he was looking for a pay out. ESPECIALLY, once my husband and I agreed to talk it over lunch, his face and demeanor turned sour. Told us we couldn’t take our paper with prices on it because it wasn’t fair to him that he put in all this hard work and other places could price match it. Then he said, hope you guys find a couch within your time frame! and disappeared.
HOW RUDE! This is a huge investment and we know what we want and what we are looking for, for someone to be upset because we didn’t go with them is very upsetting. I have worked customer service all my life and NEVER have I ever gotten upset because someone decides to think about it. That’s sales. You try your best to fit to the customer and if it works out GREAT! If it doesn’t, it’s ok! You move on. But oh my god, it was ridiculous how his whole demeanor changed because we wanted to talk it over. We definitely considered this place until his attitude turned sour.

Read moreNo complaints on Carlos who assisted us. However, don't give us a delivery date of 4/20 if you're unsure yourself. I had to call you to check status a few days ago and be told it would be in on the 20th...no call, so I called again and was given a date of 4/26. AGAIN, no call and I was just told it'll be in by the end of "this" week, "Except" 1 item that still won't be in until supposedly May 10th. We paid for delivery but yet you want me to do a pick up myself for the 2nd item unless I pay for a 2nd delivery...Really??? We already got our first bill and you want your money but yet we still don't have any furniture to show for it? We will NOT recommend you, whatsoever, and we regret coming here...we wish we could cancel this order and not owe you a dime! The least you can do to make up for this mess and long wait is to deliver the second item for free, after being lied to and given 3 different delivery dates of it coming in and always being told "it will be in on the next truck". The female who answered the phone had a "whatever" attitude. Let's see what your next excuse is this week on the 30th, or on May 10th. HORRIBLE SERVICE EDIT 6/20/21 We finally received our rug yesterday 6/19 ALMOST 3 months after ordering. I appreciate the free delivery. However, we went on ahead and paid this account off over a month ago, so we will not be back unless it concerns our extended warranty...
