We had living room and closet, dining room; bedroom and closets replaced with PVC laminate flooring. WOW what a superb job from start to finish. I reached out to Mike Carter and explained that I wanted my 15yo carpet replaced and I needed his help on what would fit our lifestyle. He came to the house and explained all about PVC flooring and answered my 100 questions. Since we live in Moyock we used the Moyock store to look at samples so I could give Mike an idea of what I liked. Mike made several trips to my house with samples and came back to pick them up. I finally made a mind numbing decision on what I wanted. Contacted Mike with my selection, the materials were ordered. installation dates were set and I now have gorgeous new floors. I couldn't be happier. The great customer service at both stores was excellent. Mike is a true value to the Interiors by H&W Inc. team. I felt like I had known him forever and I was easy to see that I was gonna get great floors/excellent service. I could not be happier with this company. We moved into our new home knowing we needed to replace the carpet with hardwood floors as soon as possible. We went to the showroom and met Mike and Amanda who let us take samples home with us and went over in detail the quality of the LVP flooring that they recommended. They arrived same day to measure our home and discuss options for the layout. Our estimate exceeded our expectations and was within our budget. So we were able to put these new floors throughout the whole home! Installers came less than 2 weeks after our decision and it only took 1 and 1/2 days to remove old flooring and install all new flooring, for the entire house! I was incredibly impressed. I received an estimate from Carolyn who works at H&W. I had concerns about charges for materials we did not need. She talked over me continuously and was very rude and short with me. As it turns out she was trying to over charge me for something I did not need and was not used. After installation, I noticed there were charges on the estimate also of materials we did not need.I called and asked why and again she was very rude and would not let me ask my question. I asked to speak with someone else and she hung up on me. Ive never received such poor customer service from a company!
