Went in on a whim, after reading about them on the internet. I bought a standing rib roast and a 2-pack of the flank steak florentine, and they did NOT disappoint!!!! We had the flank steak pinwheels the same night (superb!!!), and ended up cutting the roast in half. I cooked one of the halves of the roast, and my husband ate it straight out of the roasting pan! It was that wonderfully delicious! The next day, I had a piece for lunch, and I didnāt need a knife to cut it. It was still so amazingly tender, a knife wasnāt necessary! Yes, itās a bit more expensive than meat purchased at the grocery store. But, boy oh boy, is it ever worth it! Lastly, itās worth adding, when I initially entered the shop, I LOVED as to how clean the business is! Of course that reassures you that youāre buying from a seller who cares about the standards of the business! Bottom lineā¦..itās VERY MUCH SO worth spending a bit more money for exceptionally quality beef/meat! Iāll be returning this week for more items! Love these guys and gals! Job...

I have also purchased cheese, only to realize (again at home) that it was moldy. They donāt accept cash for payment & they seem to close the store during open hours, without any sort of info or heads up about it. Two times in one week I drove there and they were closed.
