I was here on the 7th which was Thursday to get acrylic and gel color on feet and fingers with eyebrow wax. Yoo!!!!!! My nails have been on fire since the day I got it done, still hurts badly, still bleeds, I can’t do nothing with my hands right now. The lady who did it was so aggressive with the drilling and filling machine and that was bleeding my fingers out. I requested a square shape and got a different shape instead. I hate to leave negative reviews so bad but I had to because these acrylic nails doesn’t let me do nothing with my hands right now from the pain and aggressiveness from the nail stylist Sophia. The one on the toes were too long than what I requested. I can’t even where my sneakers in peace without the two large nails hitting my sneakers in front. I paid over $110 for all this and it just didn’t come out right the way I expected it to be. The only service I liked so far was the eyebrow wax. You be the judge of the work they did on me. During my two-day stay in town, I sought a nail service from this establishment. Despite understanding that perfection is rare, this experience was marked by the worst customer service.

The nail technician's careless use of the nail drill left me bleeding from two fingers, with no apology or acknowledgment when pointed out. Although I requested a gentler approach for the second hand, she blamed the bleeding on my "sensitive skin," a claim I found unfounded.

While contemplating additional services like a pedicure, eyebrow threading, and a hair service, her lack of acknowledgment discouraged me. I hoped to take advantage of the services provided but didn't want to risk it.

At payment, the technician had a concerned look when I asked if bleeding from a manicure was normal, and later, the lady that did my nails lied about a disinfectant being used.

This experience leaves me highly dissatisfied, and I sincerely hope for improvements in...

I think I found my new nail place!! It’s so hard finding a salon that really takes care of my nails and does so carefully. I’ve had my nails go through the gutter with different nail salons, but this one takes the cake! The owner did my nails and honestly, they came out better than I imagined!! I had gotten gel manicure after having acrylics on from another place and my nails didn’t break or chip or anything in the removal process. They take COVID-19 precautions and that’s something I appreciate immensely. Definitely will be coming here soon!
