Hair in the food - cabello en la comida 🤮 At first I thought maybe it was my partners hair but she doesn’t have blond/ white hair and the waiter even tried to accuse / say maybe I was with another female that had white / blond hair since she claimed none of her cooks had that color hair !!! I let it slide for a moment until I noticed another customer a couple tables away from me call the waiter over and was holding a long piece of hair as well 🤮🤮🤮 immediately told them to just bring me the check since they already brought out drinks and an app & to cancel the other food being prepared which they were very reluctant to do since they said food is already cooking — LADY I ain’t eating no more food after seeing two hairs before the actual dish EVEN comes out ARE YOU CRAZY?!?!? Everyone is advised to inspect the food coming to their table to avoid coming across the same...

Food is good, amazing portions, the space is a little crowded but its nice. The stage is spacious and you can tell they have great shows.

However the service sucked. We were sat right by the door, with 2 kids and everytime the doors were opened they were exposed to a very cold wind. When we asked to be moved they said no as they moved a whole bunch of tables thru out the night to accommodate everyone else. We also waited a very long time for our food. We watched 2 tables who were sat after us receive their food and even finish Before we got our food! I asked for the fries to be brought out before the food like 3 times and they came out last...... those were for the kids to keep them occupied.

I wont be coming back here, if you choose to go have a alot of patience.

Take A GOOD LOOK at your check before paying. The (waitresses or owner) add tax to your tip that is already added and totalled. Your waitress WILL TRY to distract you offering desserts at no charge while you are getting ready to pay. It happened to us (party of 4), and to other friends that visited the place. The food is NOT that great, prices are streamly high for the quality and quantity they serve you. I tried the OCOPA, and to my knowledge the sauce is green, not brown. I dislike the fact that people try to RIP YOU OFF on an UNFAIR way. It's not enough for them that your leaving your money a tip and they want more their way.
