BEWARE: I had bought a sectional and a coffee table. They delivered and the coffee table didn't fit. I called store and she asked if I wanted her to send different pics of something smaller. I agreed to one table and then Victoria said it would be more, even tho price was cheaper than the original table I had bought. I told them I would just bring back coffee table myself to get my refund and she said it was OK. As the guys were unloading the coffee table, they didn't check coffee table for damage and just brought it straight back into another room. They told me I had to wait at a desk. Not even five minutes later a girl with a tattoo on her neck came back smirking saying I have to call my boss and I'm like what happened. She brought me back and it looked as tho someone keyed the whole coffee table. They accused me of doing it..why would I destroy a coffee table I was supposed to get a refund on???. A week later the owner hasn't once called me. I paid off 2200 the first day and that is how I got treated. No wonder they don't have any customers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH...

A few weeks ago I went into the store just to browse. I had been looking for a chair for a very long time. There are many chairs out there of course but I was looking for that right one. Low and behold I found my chair that day. My sales person was Alex he was very nice and attentive but not too overly baring. He greeted and ask if he could help me and I told him I was looking. He understood and assured me that if I needed any help to let him know and moved on to the next customer. Once I made my final decision about the chair I found him and he assisted me in ordering it in the color I wanted. I have always thought Corvin to be a warm and friendly place and now I will add great employees. I say all that to say this from the time I entered the building I had an overall great experience up to the day my beautiful chair was delivered. I live out of town and my mother lives there locally. It was the day of her birthday and she had received some news about her health that was not good. I called the store and the representative asked how she could help and I explained the situation and she assured me that she would help and that is exactly what she did! She took pictures and sent to me of all the lift/recliner chairs she had in stock and helped me pick just the right one for my Mother. She even had the most wonderful delivery guys take the chair to mom's home at the exact time she said they would. The guys were amazing and so caring and respectful of my mom and her house. I was able to secure payment in full to them over the phone, once I verified my credentials. This was the easiest transaction and the best service I have ever received from any store anywhere!
