It was a pretty basic place. I almost felt like I was in Mexico because your eating off a Styrofoam plate with plastic cutlery. Very simple table and chairs, simple menu with a lot of things written by hand and pictures if food taped up beside the description etc.
Food was simple as well, no real effort put into the presentation. Smaller portions and cheaper ingredients used. My bug hang up was I spent 25 bucks for Fajitas along with 2 cans of coke and a bottle of Jarritos.
But not having a bathroom was a deal breaker for me as I had walked almost 2 km to get there in plus 31 degrees Celsius heat. Had to walk across the parking lot to use one at the McDonald's.
Not necessarily a bad place, just limited resources and no extras. I eat at .Mexican places a lot and I am used to getting my drink order in then getting chips and salsa etc.. Here you need to prepay for what you want. It's all good, just know it's a bare bones operation. I definitely would eat here again, now knowing it's a smaller...

I wanted some Mexican food for lunch today, so I chose this joint. Should have known better...
The place looks like your typical Mexican joint. I came up to the counter and placed my order, which was chicken burrito, I decided not to customize it, but I did ask if they could put it in double tortilla/double wrap it, but was told no. I chose to eat inside and asked for some chips and salsa, but was immediately told they are not complementary and I would have to pay for them. I was a bit surprised at that since almost every Mexican joint would give complementary chips and salsa.
I took a seat and it did not take long for my food to come out. The burrito looked like an anorexic model... Frozen once from your grocery store look better and it tasted as one too...
Nope, just nope! Not planning on coming back! An F+! Plus was for the service, cashier was...
Read moreOkay this is deep deep hole in the wall mexican food. This is not chipotle or your local mexfood spot. This is an industrial area, the place is open till 8pm to catch the end of the late shift. Built in to the strip mall, next to the other local food joints. The people going here are working hard all day. The food is not fancy but its good. I had the chimichanga which is a bit risky to order at any place. Here they nailed it. Not greasy or messy to eat, and good salsa. This is the place you go to get good value for your money and have a good meal. You walk in and see everyone eating in the claustrophobic dinning area. I can imagine there are some good times here. The basic green salsa they give you is top notch, i might come just for that its so good. It’s definitely a good spot to go if you’re around and want some mexfood. If you frequent these types of places you will not be...
