Luxahaus LLC - European and American Windows and Doors — Local services in Elk Grove Township

We ordered kitchen cabinets from Luxahuas during our kitchen remodel. We went showroom to pick out what we wanted. The staff nice and helpful in helping us find what we needed. However, once we received our items, we noticed that some of the drawers did not sit properly in their tracks and were very wobbly. We had our project manager come and try to fix the issues but they persisted to be a problem. At this point, our contractor reached out to Greg and asked if they could send someone out and take a look/fix whatever issues there were. Our contractor was essentially told that it was not Luxahaus’ problem and they would not come out to fix the drawer issue. We still have issues with the drawers sitting slanted and have to constantly try to fix them so they sit straight. I would not recommend using Luxahaus if you are trying to build/customize your new kitchen.

Hello. I would like to share my thoughts about recent purchase. I am very pleased that I have purchased doors from Luxahaus . The owner of the company Greg was very nice and help us to pick model of doors which was best for our needs. He takes care of everything and entire order process ends up in one phone call. The doors came in less than 8 weeks from Poland, which is pretty fast compared to other competitors. The overall product exceed our expectations. Also I think the price for the door including shipping and handling provided by Luxahaus was affordable. You can’t bear their offer. Now my neighbors are asking me where I get those nice looking doors and they cannot believe me when they ask me for costs. So with smile on my face I suggest them to visit Luxahaus. Thanks...

Similar to one of the other reviewers, we purchased an Erkado door from a Chicago-area distributor who delivered the door with the wrong color trim and then vanished it would seem. Greg and his staff, which included his father and sale representative Julisa could not have been nicer or more sympathetic to the situation. They were able to supply us with matching exterior trim, touch-up stain and expert installation advice (we installed the door ourselves). Greg was very prompt in his replies and extremely easy to work with throughout several visits.
