Mega Stone (Elk Grove Village, IL) furnished and installed the granite for the fireplace surround that was cut in one piece, and it matched the arched opening exactly; and the mitered edge hearth was constructed seamlessly. Sue and Moncie have provided great emotional support through our 8 month long over-extended home repair and upgrading process. They are great on customer service and eager to please. Moncy came to our house during a freezing cold day during Winter 13-14 for the first measurement. And has come out several times since because I changed plans or material and cabinets. Sue and her team were wonderful and we couldn't be happier with our new counter tops and back spash. We wanted to use a newer product (thin porcelain slabs) and have difficultly finding a fabricator who had experience with these thin slabs and was willing to work with them.
