Dos Diablos Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Elk Grove Township

Stopped in for lunch, though me and a coworker were the only guests we felt very comfortable and the bartender/waitress was very friendly. While the menu is not very large I asked if they had lengua, they did not. But the bartender offered a dish that was made for the staff, she called it Trumpbo? Translates to mouth of pig? Im sure im butchering this.. but my GOD.. it was some of the most delicious tender pork I have ever had. Not gamey/barnyard at all. Prepared just excellent.. can't describe it well enough do it justice. Their chef is a master.. if your lucky enough ask for it next time your in, they dont have it all the time but hopefully you can get lucky and enjoy what the cook/staff enjoy.. i felt very fortunate to be able to enjoy this treat from the kitchen. My husband and I have been driving past this place for a while and finally decided to stop in at 8:30 PM on a Wednesday. The hours say they’re open until 2 AM, but the kitchen was closed.
