Montrose Market — Local services in Elk Grove Township

I definitely like this Polish grocery store not only because of the Polish foods but also because of the other and a lot of good things that the store offers, like their bakeries and cooked meals. Whenever I go here, the store is always busy, but it is still clean and well-organized. There is a huge variety of everything they have here, and there are so many options that sometimes it is hard to choose because everything seems the same and, of course, of good quality. Every staff member in this store is very friendly and helpful. Prices are all fair and reasonable, and sometimes there are some products that are so cheap. The sausages are definitely the must-food item I can buy in this store, and they are authentic and taste good too. Their bakery is also one of the best here, which has a huge variety of options as well. Everything is so fresh and everything looks so delicious that I cannot resist buying something from the selection each time I go into this store. Before I go home or before I head to the counter, I also make an appointment to buy something from the chef’s meals that are sold inside, which has foods that are really delicious at a reasonable price. Everything in this grocery store is just so great, and I honestly haven’t experienced anything bad from this store so far. Montrose Market is one of my favorite grocery stores! I come here often and always leave happy. The bakery is excellent; I always buy the onion rolls for sandwiches. At the deli, I always buy the Swiss and the dill Havarti cheeses. And my all time favorite item is their homemade pierogi. Their pierogi are absolutely delicious. I have included a photo that shows the potato and cheese pierogi I served at a Christmas / Hanukkah dinner. They currently have a fantastic lunch special at the deli. For about $4.00 total, you can get a main entree (chicken, sausage, etc) and several side dishes (e.g. mashed potatoes, potato pancakes, potato salad, antipasto, macaroni salad, coleslaw, borscht, pickled vegs...) I always get the potato pancakes and potato salad. There is a HUGE selection of tea in this store, like half an aisle of tea. I always find an interesting new type of tea to try. They have coffee and cocoa too of course. And don't forget to check out the variety of European chocolates and candies. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And my father loves that they have a senior discount on Wednesdays. Definitely check out...

This past weekend, I ordered catering for my graduation party from Montrose Market, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The food was absolutely delicious, hot, and ready to go right on time. The appetizers and dessert trays were a big hit, with everyone praising their variety and taste. The team at Montrose is incredibly kind and helpful. Special shoutout to the manager, Adam—he is the best! While placing my catering order, Adam suggested some amazing dishes that my family and I enjoyed. Everything we ordered was prepared perfectly, with no details missed!
