I wish I could give 0 stars, but I have to put something. I just tried to order online and through the website it told me that I was not in the delivery area. However, I've ordered from this location before, so I called to place my order. I was planning on using a coupon code for 25% off when ordering online and had hoped that it would be honored because the website was messing up, not me. Yet, when I asked about using the coupon the person I spoke to said they wouldn't honor the coupon. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was speaking and I told him that it was strange that he could not honor a coupon that I would've used online when it was their website messing up. H was very firm about not giving me the discount and when I asked for the total without the discount he told me it would be $10 more than what I was looking at on the website. When I asked why that was happening, he said that the pizza I ordered was more expensive than when the website was showing. I asked why that was happening and he could not give me an answer. Then, I told him to cancel my order because this was getting ridiculous and so he hung up on me. I cannot believe that a manager would treat a customer like this because I used to be a manager at a pizza restaurant and I would have never dreamed of acting that disrespectful or not helpful...

It was Christmas night and my husband and I generally go to a sushi bar but it was tents outside in single digits and I'm wearing a winter sweater dress. We've eaten there many times and it was inside but we were just crushed by the website not updating or being told over the phone. So heading home to mount prospect I'm starving and see open light on at papa John's. Not the greatest Christmas evening dinner but better than nothing. Definitely no reason to complain. I went in to place an order to go and it was extremely clean and the staff wore masks. Clean work area. I was advised I couldn't order because they closed at 8 and it was 8:37 p.m and the manager and him had a brief talk. The manager cooked my order himself. He took it upon himself to so a very kind deed for me and my family. To the manager of Mount Prospect Papa John's whomever was managing Christmas night. We want to give you an EXTRA BIG SHOUT OUT. I ordered delivery to my hotel from the app. It's a hotel I stay in frequently and the desk staff are familiar with me. Estimated delivery was 44 minutes. After 50 minutes, the app said 'delivered.' This surprised me as I was in the lobby and no such delivery had occurred. I called and was assured that the app was based on an estimate and the pizza would be delivered imminently. After 90 minutes, I called and was assured that the pizza had been delivered. It was not. I verified with the desk staff twice. No delivery. The employee on the phone -- Matt was his name I believe -- hung up on me after I asked for a refund. I called back and spoke to someone claiming to be a manager. No explanation. I had to ask for an apology. The delivery driver claims to have delivered it and is either lying or delivered it to the wrong hotel?
