I drove 10 miles to get there on Thursday and it was 6:57pm, the security gate was down already and I explained I only needed Ink cartridges but they refused to let me in. So I ordered them on Amazon, saved $10, no shipping and they were delivered the next morning.

So I drove there again today, yes, I’m a glutton for punishment! Brought back five ink cartridges because they said I would get $10 back good towards the purchase. Bought about $10 worth of paper goods and was told the $10 and was told it’s an online credit. At least that’s what I understood because I could barely understand what the cashier was saying.

I purchased 3 brother printers from this location and they are trash. For some reason all three of my printers keep running low on colors not being used. At this point i might as well purchase a new printer again with the amount money i have spent on yellow ink and blue ink and magenta ink. So much for trusting the Brother brand. I call the store and they have a 15 day policy which is great, but you dont start seeing this problem till your at least a month into it how convenient. Ok, So i went into this office max today because we were out of Ink for our printers and its near to my office. I was a little out of my element with this specific inks and parts because we it was a new printer and the General manager( i think his name was ED). I walked up to the side counter and gave him all the info of what i needed to buy and he walked through the whole store with me to make sure i got the exact Inks and and other items I needed.
