TERRIBLE. We purchased 3500 for bedroom furniture, they told me 4-6 weeks it would be in, after week 4 they called us and said they had everything but one nightstand, I told them no, that’s not going to work, I’m super busy, I would rather wait until they have allllll of the furniture, she said, that’s fine but it will be another 2 weeks, I said ok that’s fine. They come out 2 weeks later for the scheduled delivery without NO NIGHT STANDS. I call and complain, they apologize and say they can bring me one immediately, I’m like ok fine but again I’m not happy because I waited 2 extra weeks for no reason. THEN, the guy comes down stairs and tells me there’s no hardware on the bed so they can’t put it together. I call the manager and I’m furious, he promises to come right out and put it together himself, he takes hardware from the bed on the floor, and the manager did come out in his suit with a sales man to put the bed together, only they put it in the wrong spot because they didn’t ask me. They had to take the bed apart and put it back, I had them in my house for like 6 hours that day. So, this morning I wake up and the bed is completely sagging in the middle, we look underneath the bed and it’s completely coming apart, they stripped the parts to put the bed together and I’m guessing they had the wrong parts. I am so fustrated and angry that we have spent so much money only to be jerked around and sold furniture that is missing pieces and falling apart. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM...

My experience with Greg in New Castle was wonderful! We spent hours with him. We initially went there to buy a bedroom and living room set. He treated us as if we were his family so we ended up furnishing our entire apartment. Sometimes you go into a furniture store and the sales people seem desperate to make a sale. However, that wasn't our experience with him. Greg made suggestions and help us decide what we really wanted. He made us feel as though we were the only customer in the store. My daughter wanted a sectional that they didn't have in the showroom. Greg found the sectional we wanted and got it for us at a cheaper price. I'm looking forward to my furniture being delivered. Thank you Greg for being so patient with me and my nutty daughter and renewing our faith in furniture...

My wife and I (and our kids) have been in the store at least 6 to 7 times in the last two weeks looking at couches, exploring options, and changing our minds. We went back and forth on several options ultimately landing at one this evening. Throughout the entire process, Sam, the Design Consultant, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Not only that, he was not pushy at all, not one bit. Additionally, he is one of the nicest if not the nicest sales person I have ever dealt with in any industry. I cannot speak highly enough of the service and patience he provided.

It will be a few weeks before we get the couch, so I can't speak about the delivery process, but if the service I received so far is any indication, I have no concerns at all. ...
