Called in to get a quote and check availability. Gentleman that answered seemed rude and uninterested in my order. I gave an order for what I needed and said they would be picked up on Saturday in a pick up truck since he could only deliver 3 days before my party. Arrived there and he had no idea about my order that was placed. He refused to let us take the tables and chairs because of the " condition" of the pick up truck, even if we left a deposit. If he was so worried about pick up by a client, he should have specified that he had requirements for the type of vehicle before wasting my time and leaving me stranded. I am now left with no tables and chairs to accommodate the 60 people coming to my house tomorrow. What horrible...
