Halal Gyroz and Burger — Restaurant in Elmwood Park

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered food from this restaurant, and it took far too long to be ready. After waiting way beyond a reasonable time, I decided to call to check on the status of my order. I was polite, just wanted an update, but the person on the other end was incredibly rude and dismissive for no reason at all! It was as if I was inconveniencing them just by asking. Completely unacceptable customer service. If they can’t be respectful to their customers, they don’t deserve the business. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Thank you for your response, but I would like to clarify a few things. First, please provide me with the recording of my phone call with your employee at 12:05 PM. I would like to review the conversation myself and see where your employee was, as you claim, being respectful. At no point did I threaten your employee. I made a clear statement regarding the way your employee was handling my inquiry, saying that if this is how you choose to conduct business, it would not last. This was in no way a threat but rather a statement based on your staff’s treatment of customers.

If you would like to escalate this legally, then by all means, I am prepared to see you in court. I take false accusations seriously and am simply holding you accountable to the standard you promote. Please remember, the customer is not here to be spoken down to or treated as a nuisance. I suggest you look into this interaction more thoroughly before making baseless...
