I gave them my Xbox one controller to fix the stick drifts as soon as possible (both joysticks mind you). I was told that it would be fixed in 1-2 days and that they would call me for updates. Didn't get a call from them after 2 days passed. I called them and ask what's the update on my controller. I was told "give us until tomorrow and we will call you". I waited a week to give them some time. I called them again and was told that the guy who took in my controller is out of state for a month. They said they could get someone else to fix the controller for me but if anything they will call me at 6 pm. I didn't receive a call back from them again. My younger sister in Texas had her iPhone smashed by her hopefully-now-ex-boyfriend. I got her a preowned iPhone 12 Pro and swapped a new battery (I'm also a technician) but didn't know I needed a separate genuine used 12 Pro battery to trick the logic board to reset the Battery Health back to 100% with the new battery. Sergio was extremely kind enough to help out immediately when I stopped by without appointment/announced and had a used genuine iPhone 12 Pro battery so I could reset the Battery Health back to 100% with the new battery. I was looking around for a general electronics repair shop (not just phones or laptops) and decided to give Microsfix a try based on the great reviews and being local.

This past Thursday I dropped off a bespoke aftermarket powesupply for a 4K Blu-ray player which had a broken capacitor. Sergio was extremely friendly and said it would be a few days and that we might need to use a replacement part. However, not only was he able to fix the original but do so in a very precise manner virtually indistinguishable from original soldering. It was ready for pick up over the weekend but just picked it up. Fantastic service and excellent pricing. Highly recommended for your general circuit/pcb and misc electronics hardware fixes. Will definitely be coming back next time I need a delicate pcb board related...
