BUYER BEWARE ⚠️ If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a PS5 for $320 hoping for a fair deal from what seemed like a small, reputable business. When I got home, I discovered the console was permanently banned and completely unusable. According to Sony, consoles are typically banned when they’ve been reported stolen or when there are PlayStation Network policy violations, such as suspicious activity or payment issues — something that should have been caught before selling it.
When I returned the next day for a refund, I still wanted to believe it was an honest mistake and asked if they had any other consoles. They pulled out another PS5, priced at $350. They plugged it in behind the counter, they swapped an HDMI cord, and claimed the wire was the issue — not the console. Once home, I found the entire HDMI port was cracked.
When I went back again and showed them, they admitted it was “really loose” and said their tech would have to look at it even though earlier that day before the sale and insisted it was in great condition just missing the box. If you’re going to sell electronics for $300–$350, it’s reasonable to expect you actually know the condition of what you’re selling.

Read moreThey advertise buying tech off you for real market prices but you end up getting a lowball offer. I brought in a product worth 80-90 dollars. They compare the value on eBay, but they show products that are not the same. The showed ones that were completely different specs/models that were worth only 35 dollars trying to rip me off then goes on to offer me 15 dollars!!! I showed him on eBay how much they go for. Just one search and the first 10 listings are 80-90 dollars. Still tried to make it seem as if mine was worth less. I get it they need to sell for a profit, but buying a product for 1/6 of what it’s worth is an insult. Not coming back and I honestly wouldn’t recommend it. Sold it somewhere else for 60 dollars. Just like someone else said in another review, sell your stuff elsewhere. I’ve never felt so insulted. Please do your research, know what your product is worth because they’re not honest, they’re not giving you a...
Read moreHad a really bad experience at this place. Wouldn’t recommend visiting this store unless you want to get insanely lowballed for your tech. Was looking to sell a gaming laptop with really good specs and in near perfect condition. Guy at the counter offered me just $150 when I already had an offer from a similar store in NY for $350. He then wanted me to give him a discounted price so that we could “build a relationship” for future transactions. What??? Dude, I’m the customer. Why should I offer YOU a discount? How is that supposed to encourage me to come back to your store for future transactions?? He then tried telling me the other store would go back on their offer and that I wouldn’t have any luck selling it elsewhere. I ended up selling it for $350 at a store literally 10 minutes away. Really shady business practices and negotiating tactics here. Would recommend staying far away from this place and...
