A girl , her name is Rosie, activated a new line for me and she said it was the 60.00 plan. I went to go make a payment and was asking for help on how to remove an add on to my account. The employee Kassandra , kept rolling her eyes and said no I can’t help you just call customer service. Bad customer service. Bought IPhone 3 week later it froze took it back to store and was told to take it to best buy. Don't spend time and money there. Poor and pathetic....
