It used to be a nice experience. That changed drastically. Took brand new mid/high-end dresses there and the whole inspection of the dresses was rude, as if somethgn was wrong with them, and I got very litte for what they were worth. When I asked for a check, the lady made it clear through her behaviorism that she prefered not to -- having a hard timee finding the check, etc. I ended up buying something, but it just added to the realization that the spirit of this place has changed. I think they are imitating the "my sister's attic" attitude, which is sad, as that place is notorious for rude staff. Not bringing my staff here again and not shopping here either. I purchased a cocktail dress from Classy Closet for a New Year's Eve party but never wore it. It is a beautiful blue, sheath style dress with a sexy mesh insert at one shoulder. Very classy. Today, 6 months later, I tried to return it for consignment. I was not asking for a refund. I was told that the dress could not be accepted for consignment even though I told them that I had bought it there. I was told that it was being rejected because of its style!
