EDIT: It appears that the "owner" caught wind of my review as below and felt the need to derail responsibility by "educating" me about food poisoning being impossible to get at their establishment. I would like to then re-educate them in turn.
Some pizza places keep slices under heat lamps, but if the pizza sat for too long at unsafe temperatures (between 40–140°F), bacteria like Bacillus cereus or Staphylococcus aureus could have started growing.
This is especially risky for meat toppings, which spoil faster, and I did in fact get a meat lovers pizza when I was there.
Reheating doesn’t kill the toxins that some bacteria produce, which in turn can cause food poisoning. Staphylococcus aureus or Bacillus cereus, can cause symptoms within 1–6 hours.
These bacteria produce toxins in food before you eat it, leading to rapid-onset nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
Bacillus cereus (common in starchy foods like pizza crust) and Staphylococcus aureus (often found in meat and dairy) produce toxins that reheating won’t destroy.
I hope your management can do a better job educating your staff and team as they deserve better than "educating" your customers.
Original Review: This place gave me FOOD POISONING! I didn't want to believe it either, but my symptoms arose 2 hours after I ate here and got sick for 2 days! Judging how their employees were constantly arguing and fighting about responsibilities my entire time there, it's likely my meat pizza was not kept well and likely got an immense amount of bacteria. Not...

Read moreLove their garlic knots, Chicken Bacon Ranch salad (w/ranch) & Oh Baby Salad (w/balsamic vinaigrette)! Used to get their artichoke pie & artichoke/roasted red pepper salad, but it seems they don't have them anymore. However, their service is very spotty. The last time I went, the estimated time for pick-up was 20 minutes. I got their early, so I waited & watched. The pizza was done after about 25 minutes, then they made the salad. When the salad was done, they put the garlic knots in a container & heated them. It took nearly 40 minutes total, rather than 20. And the garlic knots were barely warm. It's unclear to me why they wouldn't coordinate it all so that everything's done at about the same time. They had plenty of people working. I don't think I'll be back...
