I did not know anything about diamonds or rings before I went and saw Dragan. Dragan spent hours with me, educating me on everything there is to know about Diamonds and engagement rings. He looked through numerous pictures that my, now fiance, had sent me over the years and worked with me on designing the perfect ring for the perfect occasion. Dragan went out of his way every week for over a month trying to find me the perfect center stone that was in my head. He never pressured me into any of the diamonds he went out of his way to find for me and made sure I stayed within my budget. I went to the Diamond Shoppe every week until we found the perfect stone. I was very nervous about the engagement ring after we found the stone and I was blown away by what he was able to create, just from our conversations, as was my fiance. I was always worried about buying an engagement ring due to the lack of knowledge and trust with most jewelers. I shopped around and no one even compared to the patience,care, quality or price for what Dragan did for me and my fiance. I cannot thank Dragan enough for being such a huge part of the most nerve racking and important day of my life as well as one of the biggest purchases. I felt like Dragan was part of my family and not a sales person or jeweler. He really makes you feel at ease and will do everything in his power to get you what you want, even if all you can do is explain it. The night I picked up the ring, as i was contemplating and planning the big day, I asked Dragan if he realized how important and special what he does for people is. If there was a 6 star I would rate it. I casually walked into Dragan’s store one day with my girlfriend at the time to gain a better understanding of diamond engagement rings together. He spent about an hour with us that day explaining everything there is to know about engagement rings and the process of shopping for one from online to in-store. Not once that day or during the duration of shopping for a diamond with Dragan did I ever feel pressured to buy anything. Dragan’s knowledge of diamonds and straight forward approach, combined with his laid back, easy going personality made it a no brainer for me to work with him on selecting an engagement ring for my significant other.
