Very poor customer service!!!!! I tried to exchange a necklace I received from my husband 2 days after Christmas. I was told it had already been exchanged by my husband. When he got home he realized he had bought the same bracelet I already had, so he exchanged it for a necklace. Well, because of this, the owner would not exchange it again. Also, one reason I wanted to exchange it was the chain looked awful. Another sales person handled the exchange, and I wonder why they sold a chain tarnished in the first place. My husband said he did not pay attention to the chain. Another reason was the chain was too short. Come to find out, it was tarnished and the owner was convinced I had worn it, which I had not. I only received it 2 days before but she was convinced I had worn it. This is sad to me because I was planning to buy many more items in the future. Now I feel I could not continue to shop there after this. I am left with a very bad feeling about this store and the owner. I live in Englewood and I will tell everyone about this, to be sure. Just to let them know how the owner treats...

I have always liked this little store even though it is outrsgeously priced. I will never again set foot in there! My SIL and I were in there today, I was trying on bracelets trying to decide which one to buy. The worker/owner was beyond rude. She followed us around complaining to us that we weren't putting things back where they belong! Then as if that isn't enough she then basically accused me of stealing a bracelet she couldnt find! She said she saw me try it on!! I may have but I put it right back!! I simply placed the Bracelet I had decided to buy back on the shelf and and said hope you find it! I am going to pass on this one! Then we left....

What a beautiful shop! The sea glass is stunning - the artist Jennifer Sala is extremely creative with her jewelry, very welcoming and accommodating. I had adored her glass work on Etsy prior to moving to Florida and could not wait to visit her lovely boutique. On the beautiful west cost of Florida. A secret gem you will be glad you stopped in and be sure to find a piece you fall in love with.
