Ordered 4 Chipotle Ranch chicken burritos at drive thru window approx. 6:15 PM on August 3 , 2022. No one else in drive thru at time of my visit nor for that matter in the restaurant itself.
Upon arriving at home, I opened the food packages and discovered that my order was screwed up and I did not get what I ordered and paid for. It appeared that what I got was 4 bean burritos with onions only - not the Chipotle Ranch chicken burritos that I ordered and showed up correctly on the ordering screen at the drive by.
This appears to be a recurring problem at this location. Other reviewers have complained about this same problem - namely not getting what they ordered and paid for. Since the location is a long distance from my house, I decided that it was not worth taking the items back to correct and adding more time and inconvenience and aggravation to correct this order.
I will give them the benefit that it was an unintentional mistake. If not it represents a fraudulent transaction that I am sure corporate TACO BELL does not condone nor approve as part of their franchise agreement with the franchisee of this restaurant. Read moreI have never had such horrible customer service in my life. I was greeted by the intercom women telling me there would be a 20 min wait for food in the drive thru. The second message out of her mouth was yelling to please give them time and wait a minute before I could order, followed by rude comments in the back round. I said nothing untill I heard the comments. This restaurant is the pits of all Taco Bell. The employees don’t care how the store is ran. I called to complain about service. The phone was passed to 3 different people all of which did not know the store number as if there was not one. I had to tell the it is probably on a recipet. I couldn't tell you if I even spoke with a manager because everyone I talked to sounded young. Fresh out of high school or still attending. The facts are, if you don't care about your job and don't know how to speak to people you should not be working on customer service. Myself and children did nothing to you. I will be reporting this store to corporate. Hopefully, they will revamp there employees for people that care about there brand, and to make revenue for there company. I ordered a veggie jalepeno nacho fry bowl this evening at 4 40 pm.. and to my surprise when I came back home (north port) and had a bite of it.. I was confused !!!! I was like.. ohhh, that don't taste like beans... then, i asked my relative who is a non- vegetarian. She confirmed it was BEEF !!
