Plug 'N Play Computers — Local services in Englewood

I took my PC in after I started getting a WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR BSoD after having tried troubleshooting it myself and being unable to 100% pin it down to a single issue. They were able to quickly confirm it was a dead CPU with no hassle, and after I ordered and installed a new CPU, they updated my BIOS to the required version I needed to run the new hardware.

The entire time I dealt with them, they were nice and cool, even more knowledgeable about the tech scene than I've gotten to, and super understanding in regards to certain personal aspects.

I've been recommending these people to everyone I know, even my online friends for if they decide to visit the area, and will continue to do so.

My only regret is that I kept forgetting to leave a review for so long.

tl;dr: These guys are actual techies, not just people reading off a script, they'll get you sorted and back up and running quickly and smoothly...

I brought my malfunctioning laptop (BSoD) in to Paul at Plug 'N Play. He was able to fit me in and fix it, while I waited. So impressed! This little shop also has refurbished laptops for purchase. Thanks for coming to Englewood, Plug 'N Play!! :D

Update May 2022: Five Stars again for Plug ‘N Play! This time I brought my work laptop in with a bad screen. Was in a time crunch, and Paul replaced the screen super quickly. Parts and service were very affordable....

I'm fairly knowledgeable with computers, I have been to other shops and found myself knowing as much or more than the techs that I had worked with before. I had came across an issue I just couldn't figure out with my PC. Got in contact with Paul who was very knowledgeable and efficient! I was on my way in 30 minutes or so. I cannot recommend Plug N' Play enough! The next time I or if I hear someone having a computer issue I'll be sending...
