Hobby Lobby — Local services in Enid

I love Hobby Lobby. Who doesn't? My wallet. I wish they weren't so expensive! And they did away wth the 40% coupon and that really sucks! You'd think they'd pay it forward or at least give back to their customers that have been going there for years, spending loads of hard earned money there, making them rich and able to stay in business. As an aside, I hurried as fast as I could go get there by 8 and you guys REALLY need to stay open later!! There were people still walking up to go in at 8:15 to 8:30. I ran in about 2 minutes till closing and ran to what I needed, but asked an associate walking by so I could get out faster and he was really helpful. I don't know why you don't carry bigger versions of those little screws with the metal loop on top. The associates helping couldn't find anything bigger than tiny! Also bring more miniatures back! You guys used to carry a lot of them and as a kid, I used to love being able to go and pick a few out with my parents. And lastly... how about waiting a few months longer than you do to put it Christmas and Thanksgiving decor? Egads, you're putting them out in, like, late...

I was in retail for over 40 years. I know retail. I have never been so impressed with a store. Huge, spotless, and beautifully merchandised with a vast array of unusual and the usual items. All shelves are so packed and neat it seems as if they have never had a customer; it all seems brand new and untouched. All of the employees obviously care; everyone is just busy working, but not so busy that they don’t have time to greet and smile at customers. All flooring is shiny, all light bulbs are lit. The store is cavernous and contains thousands of shelves and mid-aisle displays and has so much to look at and inspect. Obviously well managed. Even the bathrooms are immaculate. What a...

Went in for several things to finish a project as a pricing question the cashier was rude so was the other person standing just a ways off because one of the things I had came off the shelf that said 50% off I didn’t put it there but someone Who work there had apparently stocked it because there was several of that brand on that end cap but their customer service just royally sucked. No one even offered to walk back and look so I left about half of the stuff I was going to get on the counter and took what they had already bagged and rang up. Never had this problem there before normally everyone’s super friendly and kind and I have posted other reviews...
