Mama Tita’s Mexican Tacos — Restaurant in Enid

Today was my first time EVER eating food from mama tita's. I ordered a steak burrito and was asked if I would like any of the sauces they offer or nacho cheese to go on top of my burrito. They ALL sounded good to me and I found it difficult to decide on a solid answer for the nice lady so I told her to just surprise me. Surprise me she did indeed do. What I got was a combination of all 3. When I opened the box and looked inside I found what looked almost like a work of art. The burrito was FAT like a burrito should be, smothered in a cheese sauce with a beautiful presentation of red and green sauces and a white sour cream drizzle. It was so pretty I ALMOST hated to eat it. I cut into it anxiously and find it stuffed with steak and rice and beans and beef and cheese. My mouth gets watery and I stuff a fork full into my mouth.... This is the point where I believe I begin to hear the angels singing. This was hands down the BEST burrito I've ever eaten in my life. This burrito was so good I had to turn my car around and go BACK there to tell them how I felt. It warmed my heart to see the smile on the young lady's face when I told her how amazing her food was. Do yourself a favor and if you've never eaten here before then treat yourself for some DAMN GOOD eats and go to mama Tita's. Prepare...

I actually give them a 0 star ratingfamily and i have frequented this place for years now. But not after today. Last week we ordered some tacos and will eating we found a hair in it. I called them she told me my options and told them I'd be in to get my refund. I went to get the refund and the first girl slammed the window in my face as I was telling her why I was there. Then the owner came to the window and started telling me I should be glad getting my money back cause I told her about 1 taco but there was lot of them left when i chewed into my taco and found the hair will I'm trying to explain she then cuts me off and says the wind blows through the window and carried a hair in and it just happened to get down into my tacos wrapped up in the meat. I told her I wasn't going to argue with her. She then grabbed the card out of my hand and slammed the window as I was trying to ask her why she needed my card as I have never had that happen. Once she gave me my card back I asked why she needed it she said to confirm I came and bought them. I went to ask her another question and as I began she slammed the window shut. Not a good business owner operator. They need to learn how to take care of...

Prices on the menu are not what they charge so if your ordering you should ask what the price is because not only is the taco plate 8.75 instead of the 7.99 that's on the menu board they also tried to individually charge me for rice and beans as an additional charge when I asked them to separate the tacos from the rice and beans plate. She said an amount that didn't sound right so I asked and found out about how they are charging more and ripping people off every single day. The worst part is when I said something her response was attitude and not an apology... And they responded below saying that the taco plate was more because I added something. The taco plate says 7.99 on their menu I encourage anyone to go order one it's 8.75 without tax so them responding trying to discredit me makes me want to file a class action lawsuit against them so they better choose their words wisely before publicly...
