The lady was so sweet and patient with us, even after I asked her to tell me the name of the juices a second time. She, even, recommended flavors. Yesterday, we went in there and the same lady was working plus a gentleman. They both were extremely helpful and patient, even after she rang me up and I asked for more stuff. This is the type of vape shop I've been waiting for. The display wall of mods, rda's, tanks and juice is jaw dropping. TV playing GrimmGreen videos, several comfortable couches and a pool table makes for a very chill and welcoming atmosphere. Their house juice is indistinguishable from any premium jucie on the market. The staff is very knowledgeable and will actually have a conversation with you. First bottle of house juice I got from them was the Lemon Cheesecake. No chemical after taste at all. Actually taste like a lemon cheesecake. I bought a vaporizer here on a Friday to quit smoking and on Sunday the equipment was defective. I took it in to see if I could get a refund or a new one and they said they don’t do in house refunds and I would have to contact the manufacturer. Well unfortunately the manufacturer is in China. It has been a hassle trying to figure out their website to send it back. Let alone the person that sold it to me seemed like he didn’t have any sales experience and never told me about certain things to watch out for.
