To say that I am happy and pleased would be an understatement. I live in Kansas, but drove down to Oklahoma because of Mead’s reputation and also due to recommendations from family members. I worked with Jay and Ivy to design a custom piece with a very special diamond that I inherited. I appreciated Jay’s quiet professionalism and knowledge. He gave me much of his time to explain things about gold and other metals, diamonds, and options that I had concerning those things. I had lots of fun joking with Ivy about “bling”, but she too was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were both great at listening to what I wanted to accomplish. Ivy spent lots of time helping me design the perfect piece by giving me different options, including the prices of each option. Although I wanted very specific things, I was also very conscious about the costs of each option. I really appreciated the time that she spent researching and giving me quotes. The store is very beautiful and I couldn’t leave without making a few extra purchases! I loved how they treated me like friends and family, even though I had just met them. I have already recommended them to my friends and would drive back down to their jewelry store without batting an eye! A five star rating isn’t enough (I would give them 10!) Mead Jewelers has been our “trusted” Jewelry store for more than two decades! The QUALITY of workmanship and stock of precious metals/stones, and diamonds cannot be surpassed! We spend many vacations traveling to Caribbean (known for “deals” on precious metals/stones, etc.). After our multiple comparisons of price/quality, we have determined that the quality/and duty free price does not compare to Mead Jewelers!

Most recently I purchased an upgraded wedding band for my husband (Christmas gift) from Mead’s online. Due to the ring requiring resizing and our inability to make the drive to Enid, we took the chance on an alternative local bench jeweler... who indicated the ring could not be resized! We returned to Mead’s, and the ring was SUCCESSFULLY resized with absolutely NO seam!

I just bought my Christmas present for this year....really gorgeous diamond stud earrings! I've never had diamond studs and I think it is high time I did.
