The goldfish and koi at this store are in horrible condition and the employees at the fish counter are often rude. We gave this store three chances and four fish died. We only wanted to add a new fish to our already established 400 gallon outdoor pond.
The first purchase was two small comet goldfish, one of which did not even survive the twenty minute ride home in the bag and the second died the first night in the quarantine tank. Second a small koi was exchanged to replace the two comets. This fish was the healthiest in the tank, but that was not saying much for this bunch. His head was easily twice the size of his body width and appeared more as a swimming skeleton that quickly wasted away after refusing to eat a variety of foods. Finally, the third exchange for a shebunkin was probably the most aggravating (note this fish had one disfigured eye, but again he was the healthiest in the tank...). We had mentioned to the employee at the fish counter the poor state of the goldfish in this store and how three previous fish had died. As expected we were asked the usual question of our tanks parameters. We stated the fish had all died in a ten gallon quarantine tank and before we could explain more she immediately proceeded to tell us it was our fault the fish had died because a ten gallon tank was too small for a goldfish. And while I agree a ten gallon tank is too small for a goldfish to live in, seven days alone in one to make sure the fish is healthy is not a death sentence. Even after informing her that the fish would be moved to a much larger home at the end of its quarantine she still insisted that we were killing the fish. We tried to calmly explain our setup again and why the fish would not be adversely affected, but she just told us we were wrong and asked if we wanted the fish with a scowl on her face. In conclusion, the shebunkin died as well and we ended up going to another store with healthier looking fish which I'm happy to say spent their days in quarantine happily before being released.
I am writing this review number one because of the appalling state of the fish at this store, and number two because of the rude customer service experience on our final visit. If you have any interest in starting or adding to your goldfish pond, I advise you remove this store from your...
ย ย ย Read moreWill never take my dog back here ever again he came out disoriented limping hurting i have no idea how they hurt him i even called there corporate office. And no one cares to get to the bottom if why or what happened. So i found new groomer and i will never go back to pet smart for ANYTHING. Well I thought I would give this store second chance just by buying another cat water fountain because the first one I bought broke after having it for nearly three years but I just bought filters for the old one not two weeks ago so I went to exchange or refund for the filters that I bought for the old one and because I will not hand out my phone number the manager on duty is trying to tell me that I cannot even exchange them for something I can use I'm sorry but I have an unlisted phone number because nowadays people like to even get ahold of your cell phone number and use it for soliciting purposes and I can't even exchange it for something that I can use in your store I even told him I would go to my bank and get a bank statement proving I purchased this in his store he didn't care he told me it wouldn't even matter that I had to supply a phone number even to exchange this product that I bought in his store I don't think so so then he suggested for the cashier to put her phone number in the computer so that I can get this exchange completed then there was $2 and some change put on a gift card I felt so bad that I gave the cashier that gift card for her trouble now this will definitely be the last time I shop at PetSmart in Enid I would rather order online for anything that I need then go in that store that is...
ย ย ย Read moreEdit: You have to be really specific with the groomers about what to do or not to do. I currently have an disappointing looking dog because instead of just shaving matted spots as I gave permission to do, they shaved the whole dog super short.
Another time I had to send him back because they left his ears big and poofy even though I specifically had said "No fancy style. Just trim the whole dog on one length."
I'll still buy supplies here but if I can at all avoid it I'll go elsewhere for grooming. I've now been disappointed more times than satisfied.
Good selection but almost too much selection. What I mean is, I was just looking for normal dog shampoo. They had 35 kinds, flea and tick, itch treatment, skunk treatment, watermelon scented, shedding prevention... Every special purpose you could possibly think of but not just...
