Stride Bank Center — Local services in Enid

Went to The Stride to watch ZZ Top. First off, the band did a great job and it was a great opportunity to see them. The was not my first time at this facility. The facility is clean. The staff seem pleasant. My issue is with the sound system. When I went to see Rodney Carrington and Weird AL, it seemed ok but for music it is not that great. There were some times you could hear sqelches and they sounded fuzzy. Need to upgrade speakers/ sound system. Bathrooms are clean. Concession stand was off. Soda machines were down. The popcorn was a little stale and for some odd reason, they wouldnt let anyone keep thier lids on the bottled drinks. Soon as you purchased a bottled drink, staff opened it, handed it to you and threw cap in trash. Odd. Hope they get better sound.

**Your response just shows us all what kind of people are running this event! Instead of belittling someone for a HONEST review, maybe, just maybe FIX the issue. I'm not going to make a review/rating that's not true to the event or service. I would highly recommend "Customer Relations 101".

When advertising, you need to update & communicate EXACTLY what is going on. We went to the market or whatever you want to call it, because it wasn't much of anything. 5 tents with NOBODY there. I felt bad for the vendors that actually showed up. The post was vague, but it sounded like it would be farmers' market and crafters. I should have went with my gut after reading the post, NOT to go. Stadium seats have cloth backs and bottoms. Seat lacks padding for an all day event but still comfortable for nearly all events! Clean and so accommodating. If you have the good fortune to attend an event here just help the quality of the place endure. Great lighting, and good sound too. Restrooms adequate for 2K and more than satisfactory for 1600.
