The customer service at Enterprise Paint and Industrial is superior! We were very disappointed and distraught that the color on our island in our new build turned out to be a lot different that the color we chose. Even though EPI DID NOT mix the paint for the island originally, when I told them our situation, they offered to give us new paint and primer in the correct color for FREE. Not only that, but they mixed up several sample colors for me at no charge as well. I would recommend staying as far away as possible from EPI. Our company will never do business there again. I purchased an over priced tool from them they received their money. I returned the tool and they couldnt give me back a refund for two days after i was told it would immediatly go back into my bank. I was told they didnt have enough money to give me cash.
