My family and I went here for my birthday today and we loved it overall. We had Caleb as our game master and he was excellent! He was super nice and helpful, definitely no complaints there. We did the flight room which actually ended up being pretty difficult, but we liked that!

However, I was bummed about a broken pad lock in the room that prevented us from accessing a solid piece of the puzzle. It interrupted the experience/puzzle sequence and jumbled us up. There was also an error puzzle in there but that seemed like an honest accident that they assured us would get fixed immediately. BUT, it did not ruin the overall experience! The wonderful staff and environment made up for it.

Although, I still have yet to do an escape room here that doesn’t have a bugged or broken puzzle in it. I am hoping that next time my family and I come, or me and my husband come with another couple, that we will have a smoother experience with no hiccups.

Caleb once again made it a really nice experience though with his super positive attitude and assistance. I had a great birthday evening with my family here. I will be coming...

The kids really enjoyed the Escape rooms. The Party room is lacking....very small and tight. They provide two small tables ( put together) and 6-8 small chairs. We had 8 adults and probably 11-15 kids. I had to send home for my large folding table and 8 additional seats so we could sit the children for pizza and cake. Moving around was squeezing by each other. We managed and my grand-daughter enjoyed her party. Also, the AC in the back area was out are not working well (according to management/owners) so we had to request for them to please provide some fans to try to move some air back toward us. They did put two small fans out which did help some. With so many packed into such a small room it was warm. It's a great place for a very small party. I would advise to visit first to make sure the "party room" will accommodate your needs and also if the AC issue has been resolved. The staff was very nice and accommodating and checks in often to make sure all is ok. We would go again for the Panic rooms but would probably have the actual party...

We traveled from Andalusia Al. to Escape Enterprise. We booked ahead and signed all our waivers online before we got there which made our process quicker. This was the first time I had ever done an escape room. We were greeted by Nate who also helped us get started. He was extremely helpful and super friendly which made our group feel very welcomed. The room we did was called the Shack...the room itself was very well set up and very real feeling. Nate helped us by giving us clues (lots of clues🤣🤣) He even joked along with us on the screen which again made us laugh. I took my daughter and 2 of her friends to celebrate my daughter turning sixteen...we all had a blast. The whole process from booking online to actually going through the room was a great experience. Give Nate a high 5 he deserves it.....because we were clueless and without him it would not have...
