Went to Sidelines to eat. Walked in and the young lady to the left (restaurant side) was super sweet and she explained to me where to sit and welcomed us in. We sat there for 10 mins after that. I got up and walked back over and noticed the manager in a 49ers shirt. I asked the young lady if there was a server. She explained to me the bartenders name (Tori). So, I walk back to the bar side. The manager is telling the bartender that I was complaining about waiting etc ... I did not complain. All I wanted to do was ask for a menu. The manager walked over holding two beers and didn't even acknowledge me. I pretended that I didn't hear him talking about how long the bartender was taking and I could hear her explaining that everyone came in at one time etc..... My issue isn't that I wasn't acknowledged as a guest. The problem was they weren't staffed for their business and the manager didn't have it in him to steer the ship. I am a director of operations for a restaurant group that has very similar menus and vibes. I was disappointed overall with the demeanor of the leader. He didn't care. Not at all. If that was one of our restaurants, the manager would be terminated. We'd have one extra server on the bar side. We'd be ready. They were not. I'll never and I mean ever return. It's one thing to get bad service from an hourly employee.....it's another one to get it from leadership. The difference in being bad and great is about one inch. They...
Read moreFirst time ordering here and we did take out. The lady on the phone did a great job taking our order and the amount of time she said it would take was spot on. When I arrived I was greeted at the bar, my items were coming out of the kitchen at that exact moment and were being bagged. The guy totaling my order even asked if I was former military and promptly gave me a discount. I was actually shocked because so few business ask that, instead relying on you to mention it which is not something many veterans like to do. When I got home we noticed everything was packed very well and labeled with what each item was. The food was piping hot and the portions were huge! I'll probably be able to eat from the chicken parm dish for three meals, look at the picture! They even included extra napkins and a few packs of disposable silverware. There was nothing missing, in fact we had extra because they threw in some garlic knots. All of our food was super tasty and the artichoke spinach dip was by far the best we have had in the area. I will definitely be back! Great job, and keep up...
Read moreParm meatball mini calzone things were good. Pickle chips. Spicy cheese curds. And I ordered a beer cheese dip for some tator tots. Very good. Nice selection of beers on tap. The owner was nice. I got ditched here on a Thursday so I got to experience a pretty full bar. I was specifically looking for a place that had food and taps. And this place did not disappoint. No jukebox. Lots of sports on at least 3 tvs. Giant mirrors along the back wall made the place look huge. I was an out of place character in this town and the looks I received were amazing but the tone was respectful. Professional staff. Clean bathroom. Trustworthy people. I did not get overcharged but i also was not told to stop spending lol. Wish I could return here. I want those meatball pizza things so bad. I will never find this anywhere else. Find me in California and bring me those freaking meatballs omggg lol. Use discernment if thinking of hiring he female that ditched me is known for...
