I wanted to go ahead and reach out to you to let you know how great of a person Melissa F, is, sheās is the troop leader for my daughters Girl Scout troop and although I do hang out with her and we are friends I wanted to share my experience with shooting with her to you directly. Iāve personally been dealing with a severe case of postpartum depression my baby just turned 1 and Iām working on my self but I havenāt been myself and I was extremely clueless as if I never went to a shoot before (I have) I donāt think Melissa knows how far away from my self I have been lately but just shooting with her and her energy and seeing her gentle mom and shoot at the same time made me smile a meaningful smile Iāve not had in a while she is so funny and good at what sheās does. Besides what she did for me unknowingly her technique to get my 1yr old to smile is hard to ignore she made my meanie baby smile and laugh during our shoot and that can not go unnoticed as a Las Vegas local I just thought Iād reach out to you and tell you how amazing she is besides the fact Iām fortunate enough to be her friend sheās an amazing photographer and her skills are amazing. I have been taking my daughter to Lala since she was 6 months old (now a little over 2) Jen and Jill have created some of the most beautiful photos that are hanging all over my house. But today, I went and had the worst experience from start to finish. The photographer (Gabby?) was late, she had zero engagement with my daughter, just sat on the floor and made no effort. The instant viewing is a wonderful concept but not when you only have 2 iPads and schedule 2 other people to come in at the same time as the shoot youāre doing. By the time I got to see the photos, I wished I hadnāt. They were awful. Horrible angles (which happens when you refuse to stand up), just sloppy sloppy photos. Desk worker tried to make excuses of āit can be fixed in editā but no, nothing could fix that. I could only pick 2 or 3 photos that were somewhat decent but you have to buy 5, even if they suck. If you go, book with Jen or Jill otherwise youāre going to hate the entire...

Cece, front office personnel, are a nightmare to talk to and donāt understand the effort and pain newborn parents go through to get these moments captured. They offer solutions that doesnāt make any sense and just for their profit. Everything for them is money. I understand this is a business but they should provide value and be truthful in their promises and commitments I sincerely recommend any newborn parents wanting to capture their pictures any other place. This place is infused with arrogant people and bad customer service.
Update 1/19: I was told that someone else other than Cece would give me a call to discuss the issue and work towards a resolution. Itās been three days and I havenāt received any call back. When I checked in today, I was told that someone will call next week. Very irresponsible behavior...
