Rockys Bar + Grill — Restaurant in Nevada

Brandy was amazing but my meal not so much. I was really excited to try the fish and chips here after hearing great things about this place, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The portion sizes were undeniably huge, which seemed promising at first. However, the fish pieces were absolutely drenched in grease—almost as if they had taken a bath in the fryer. While I tried to enjoy the crispy exterior and flaky fish inside, the overwhelming amount of oil made it hard to get through the meal. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse later that night as I was immediately sick after only eating a few bites. More than likely due to the overwhelming amount of grease in the food. Food quality and safety are non-negotiable, and I can’t help but feel disappointed that this place failed in that regard. My husband had the steak and eggs and another person had the brisket with Mac and cheese. They absolutely loved their food. Just can’t say the same for me. Because they were satisfied, I am more than happy to provide this place with a middle of the road rating. I am not opposed to going back, however, I never plan to eat fish and chips...

We used to be regulars at Rocky's, at least once a week. Over the last few months we noticed that portions had been reduced ie: chicken fingers went from 4-5 down to 3 fingers and the price had gone up to $12.99. Just a little high for that, and other items also had gone up. We started going less and less. The other night we went, forgetting about the issues we had in the past, but were reminded when looking at the menu. I ended up ordering something that I didn't really want at the time (my own fault) but was okay. We waited 40 minutes, when we finally called someone over and asked what is taking so long. We were told a party of 12 had come in and was slowing up things in the kitchen, hmm i'm not unreasonable, but we should have been informed of this sooner by the pleasant waitress. At that point were were told the cook was starting on our order now and it would be out shortly. Talking to the waitress we were told the kitchen had a new kitchen mgr for the last couple months. Hmm right when we noticed things changing for the worse there. At that point we paid for the drinks that we had and left. Probably will not go back,...

We have lived in the area 3yrs and have never seen this Bar n Grill, so we wanted to check it out, to our surprise it was clean, fresh, Awsome lodge decor, nice are works, cool lighting, a nice banquet room and comfortable booths as well as table seating. Restaurant is separate from bar area, it also has 2 TV'S, the bar is nice Multiple TV'S, table, booth and bar seating led lighting, great vibe, classic Rock playing. Our sever was the bartender, very personable, friendly, knowledgeable of the menu and drinks, attentive and prompt for being in a different area!!!! I ordered the spin/art dip n chip appetizer, beer battered fish n chips entrée 🔥🤘🏼 excellent, my daughter had T&T Steakhouse buger, she said it was DYNAMITE!!!! 🤨 both had fries WoW 🔥 my wife had pep, sausage, bacon pizza was also pretty good. I enjoyed 2 x stardust!!!! This is a great choice. I'm glad we finally made it in. We will be back, recommended!!!!...
