My sister went in to order and only came here because we had a coupon for 2 footlongs at the price of $13.99. I wasnt inside at the time but this guy, named Grant i think(it was hard to read the chicken scratch name tag he had on), had told my sister she couldn’t use the coupon at this specific location because one of our sandwiches had bacon on it. Mind you nowhere on the menu did it say that and there were no signs indicating this just thinking he didn’t want to do his job. She had come out upset so I had went in to get a refund. Guy told me the same bull excuse and i said none of the other locations have this policy. I asked for a refund and he refused so i then asked to speak to a manager or get a managers phone number which he also refused. Told him paying $30 for 2 sandwiches was ridiculous and again asked for a refund and was starting to get a bit upset. He walked to the back and called someone and came back and magically was able to use the coupon and give us a refund. Made us pay again which was ridiculous but whatever. Then when I asked for the refund receipt he refused so i demanded a picture and he only let me take a picture of the original receipt. Currently waiting...

My boyfriend and I walked in just to get a 6 inch but when we walked in we were greeted by one of the sandwich artists with, "I already put everything, BUT I'll still make it for you. She made it seem like we came in after the store was closed. She seemed very annoyed and displeased to have to make the sandwich for us. She was not very welcoming or friendly. She was very short with us and only spoke to rudely ask what bread, veggies, and sauces we wanted. She seemed to rush us out of the restaurant even though the store was still open. She even took her own cup from the back and filled up her soda at the soda machine. I don't know if these are Subway's policies but we really just didn't appreciate the rude attitude and we won't be visiting this location as it wasn't the one we usually...
Read moreHonestly I love subway it’s one of my comfort places for a sandwich to go to, I ordered a sandwich off of the DoorDash app, and when it arrived at my door I grabbed the bag and it was lady covered with greasy oil. When I went to Open my sandwich it was a mess my bread was smothered in mustard and everything was falling out of my sandwich. When I called the store to let them know what happened the gentlemen on the phone was nice however wasn’t really apologetic very much. When I gave him my information he didn’t really seem to be paying attention to what I was even saying and then proceeded to hang up the phone on me like he didn’t want to hear anything I said.
