My husband and I have been to this place a handful of times just us and weāve never had any issues ever. The food is always good as well as the wait staff and chefs. Everything has always been good . Yesterday , I had a long day at the waterpark with my children and decided to treat them to eat some sushi because we have yet to go as a family to this restaurant. we go in and itās a bit more busier than we used to, but not a big deal since there were tables open. We go to sit down at the table and before we are even greeted, We are thrown a price per person. We completely understand that small businesses have been taking a hit and we understand the all you can eat option usually being priced higher lately. The first thing that really threw us off was they wanted to charge our five year old son an adult full price for all you can eat. my son would not be eating $35 worth of food. We let it go , and decided to do Ć la cart for him and get all you can eat for myself and the other two adults with me. I also have a 14 month old daughter with us as well. Every single place Iāve ever taken either of my children to being that small has never gone out of their way to make sure I purchase Ć la cart for them. I donāt mind paying for my son, who I know will eat most of what he is given, however My daughter, on the other hand, has barely enough teeth to eat a full bowl of rice. I assume sheās the owner Had an attitude because I was not comfortable with buying separate items for my child when she was planning to eat what we were eating. I understand all you can eat is not to be shared but sheās one year old. You mean to tell me I have to spend $10-$12 on separate items for her instead of just giving her whatever is leftover off our plate which is what we normally would do. We also had bright food for her separately as well. we plan to give her maybe some rice and a couple of other fully cooked items since sheās so small to eat most of the stuff there anyways. Not only did she give us an attitude, but she kept rolling her eyes as if we were giving her a hard time. Again, we have been here multiple times and we are not cheap. Weāve spent over $100 each meal and also have tipped very well. Her attitude alone and greediness we decided to leave and not eat there. Because of how greedy the owner chose to be, youāve lost a customer for life and I will continue to tell everyone I know not to support this business due to how greedy and nasty they were to me and my family. Go check out Sushi Love on Las Vegas Blvd. They just opened and not only is the quality amazing but the service...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe food wasn't horrible, but the rolls were poorly wrapped. On the other hand the customer service was HORRIBLE. The rude Asian lady working the front register should not be a waitress at all. When me and my girlfriend dined in two Asian ladies were working. The one I am referring to has short hair and is a little heavier than the other lady. Her customer service skills were absolutely terrible. She was rude when she sat us, made a comment about my girlfriend's weight, and was very ignorant when explaining the all you can eat menu. When she brought the rolls to our table she didn't say which roll it was. She just sat the plate down and would quickly walk away. I tried to get her attention several times, and it felt like she was ignoring our table. When she brought our my teriyaki chicken and rice. She completely disregarded the meal came with soup and salad. Midway into my meal I had to ask if I was going to be receiving the soup and salad that was suppose to come with the meal. After a while she finally brought it out. My girlfriend ordered the Orleans roll, but they took so long to bring it out we asked for the check instead. Right when we are getting ready to leave the chef asked if we still wanted the roll. At this point were ready to leave, but instead we just stayed to wait for the roll. We will not be back to this restaurant. I would give this place zero stars based on the customer service. Being fair though the food was good. Maybe it's best to get their food to go instead...
Read more[ ] I've eaten here on and off for years, the sushi is great the chefs are always great, but service has always been an issue, which, was worth dealing with up until my final tipping point last night and unfortunately for this reason I will not be returning. My to go order was wrong and when I called about it the server instead of owning the problem tried to lie and redirect the blame and excuse the mistake with phrases like, "well you still got 4 rolls" (yes but not the rolls i ordered) "yoi said you didn't want wasabi or ginger" which was the lie, in no world or alternate dimension would I ever want sushi without those items. What furthered my frustration was that when placing the order she asked if I wanted soy sause to which I also always say yes at which time she said no you don't need the rolls have sauses and I said I know but they aren't soy sauce. Any guesses on how many packed for 4 rolls and jalapeño poppers we got... maybe one per roll?!? .... 2 per roll... nope 2 ...2 small packets in total. So we had to try to eat sushi we didint order with limited soy sause no wasabi and no ginger it was disappointing to the extent I'm still sad today and vowing to take my business elsewhere...
