My experience working with Chris at Harrison’s was World Class! I came in and told him my love story. I described the type of ring I wanted and gave as many details about Hie i envisioned it. Chris worked with me starting with presenting a variety of diamonds to choose from based on my description for shape and size; which allowed me to find what suited my mental imagery best. He then began using cutting edge technology to render Amazing 3D mock ups prior to entering production by inputting the dimensions of the ring into the program and built the ring around the rock. I was Picky, I was THAT customer, requesting additional changes just a week after I said a certain a feature was “perfect” and coming up with other little ideas along the way... all of which Chris simply replied “happily!”

In the end the final product was better than anything I had imagined along the way and LITERALLY left my Lady speechless. I had to ask her twice because the first time she was still staring with her mouth hanging open and eyes wide; she couldn’t believe it either.

My husband & I got married in the middle of covid season in court. It all happened very fast, but everything came together so smoothly. Keila is amazing and helped my boyfriend pick out the best ring 💍 for me, that I had no idea about until he kneeled in front of me before we walked through those court doors ♥️ Funny thing is, the original size of the ring was the correct size, but my mans thought my size was smaller and Harrison’s sized it down that very same day. Then were willing to resize the next couple days. If you make a decent salary but are budget concious so you don't want to go into huge debt for bling, DON'T go to Miller's Jewelers in Moses Lake; they like to try to make you feel inferior, and stupid, etc. They are rude! Instead go to HARRISON'S in Ephrata. Chris and his wife are GREAT to work with! No matter our preferences, he made us feel like a million bucks, respecting our thoughts and choices! I believe their philosophy is to do the best they can to SERVE the customer! Period. I may not be their biggest spending customer, but I am now a loyal fan! Their work is beautifully done (custom) and extremely fast. Obviously I'm impressed and Harrison ' s is now my go to place. I think it's hard to find a jeweler that you feel you can trust....well now I have! I highly recommend that you give them a try- you won't be...
