I ordered furniture Oct 2024 and wanted to wait awhile to do a review based on how well the furniture is holding up. So it's now almost Aug 2025 and we bought 2 automatic reclining sofas. They are holding up so so well, and we tend to be pretty hard on furniture (for reference, we are a family of 5 with 3 preteen/teens and have lots of friends who come over). I have no complaints about the furniture- it is super comfortable and the recliners work very well. The stuffing has continued to maintain its shape very well.
Now, onto the customer service review:: I cannot say enough good things about Tracy and Jason and their employees. The whole experience was wonderful. I actually went to the Ashley Homestore to sit on several couches and figure out what colors, styles, etc that I might like. When I decided what I wanted to go with, I spoke to Tracy who priced the pieces I wanted and not only was it a fair price, she beat the price of the Ashley Homestore by A LOT. We had ordered the sofas a few weeks after the terrible flooding in this area and Tracy and her employees kept me totally up to date on shipping and delivery, because there was a chance that the shipping date may have been delayed due to the aftermath of the flood. When delivery day came, the 2 delivery guys were very professional and respectful of the furniture that they were delivering (I feel like thats really important, because sometimes you get delivery guys who slam stuff around and end up damaging pieces). They put it together, plugged it in, and made sure all of it worked well before they left and offered to move around the furniture if I didn't like the placement of the furniture initially. I was so pleased by the customer service from start to finish and I would HIGHLY recommend this small town furniture store. They take great care of their customers and also operate with a high level of integrity and...
Read moreI purchased furniture from Carroll's furniture right before he passed away and when I went in Tracy was there and so many people were needing her attention. She was super nice and was so patient with all the visitors and customers.
When Carroll passed away Tracy and her husband Jason made the big decision to keep the store open and honor Carroll.
When the store reopened I had more needs and Tracy was welcomed with her store opening and tons of visitors and customers. Once again she was patient and Jason was also there to help with the crowd that was coming in.
After the flood my mom needed a bed at minimum and of course Tracy was able to help get her a bed!
With all of that said I highly recommend everyone to visit the store even if they don't need furniture. Just to meet Tracy and her husband. They are wonderful people and they make you feel...
Read moreBuyer Beware - you will want to park yourself in the couch or loveseat or whatever you're interested in and stay for the entire day because there is no returns or exchanges. We purchased a loveseat recliner and the night it was delivered, the longer my husband sat in it, the more it hurt his back. I called the store the next morning - within the first 24 hours to find out what we could do and there is nothing. Had it been a clearance item or something, I could understand, but no. That will be the last purchase I make at...
